  There’s always a catch, ain’t there. But this sounds like it satisfies the ‘bigger the risk the bigger the reward’. I have a funny feeling you — like me — find it difficult not to go for broke. Unless life has tempered that edge off you as it hasn’t yet for me, I don’t know.
