I didn’t have my hopes up that it would get better — can’t suffer dashed hopes if they were never raised (I think that’s my Hyde side talking ;D )

I should have learnt by now to listen more closely to my gut but apparently it takes a lot more than blunt force heartbreak to teach me a lesson….o.O
