The. Fuck?!** Now, I’m not anorexic. I have body image problems — doesn’t everyone. Not to the point of an eating disorder. But I have known — closely — several people who have struggled with that. So I think I’m valid in saying the existence of anything ‘pro’ anorexia is flat out dangerous. Some of the stuff I read within a few minutes shocked and scared me. Positivity and encouragement towards people purging meals and fasting. Towards people being lightheaded from lack of calories. These are people at their most vulnerable. Already battling their own minds and just waiting for them are… Mutual support groups to help each other dive deeper into illness. More to the point, to reframe their illness as something positive. I don’t know why I’m bothering to explain myself here. Anyone with half a brain would have been going ‘what the fuck’ along with me at the definition of the word. Anyone who isn’t? To them I say…**What the fuck?** So I don’t really have a point here. But I had to write this anyway. I just cannot fathom the existence of such a movement, and the harm it must cause. I just… What is *wrong* with people? *What is wrong with the world?*
