391d9ef28f Update PDF templates and enable sending of PDF via email. 
PDFs now state QUOTE, INVOICE or RECEIPT.
Single copy and all but INVOICE includes terms of hire.

Enable RevisionMixin for EventAuthorisation.

Add signal receivers for RIGS.
