567f899a39 Reformat all the things 
Python code is now formatted to PEP8

All other files are defined in .editorconfig as far as possible.

ff4dd46c87 Re-enable timezones and add iCal converstion to UTC. 
This should work on Google Cal but won't be able to test till in production.
